Hospice Pugs

The pugs you see below are hospice pugs. What does Hospice really mean?

Well, hospice is a facility or program designed to provide a caring environment to meet the physical and emotional needs of the terminally ill.

Over the last year, SEPRA has taken in pugs that have been deemed unadoptable due to their age and/or their medical needs. We don't think that it's fair not to give them a chance to live out the rest of their lives feeling love, compassion, and understanding. We want them to have the same advantages as other pugs that do find their forever homes.

To accomplish this, SEPRA has started a hospice program for these pugs. In this program, they will live out the rest of their lives with their foster parents and will be treated as one of the family. But, due to the cost of their medical issues, they need support from people like you.

If you would like to help one of these hospice pugs, please click the Virtual Foster button at the bottom of their page. No amount is too small to help one of these sweet pugs live out their life as they deserve.
